Sous chef
As a sous chef, working in tandem with the chef, you will be in charge of the following missions:
- Preparation of the menu with the chef
- Prepare starters, main courses and desserts
- Stock management (inventory, purchases, etc.).
Full-time permanent position, to be filled as soon as possible. Work only for the lunch service, from Thursday to Monday (rest Tuesday and Wednesday).
Salary: 1750 Euros net/month + overtime paid
Site not served by public transport: a vehicle is required.
Waiter
Under the direction of the room manager, you will be in charge, among other things, of preparing the restaurant room, setting the tables, ensuring service, organizing major events, and participating in the taking of customer orders. The days worked will be defined between you and the management with a minimum number of hours to be worked in the month. Salary and condition on application.
